1. What epa is

epa is a marketplace for discovering and booking fitness classes at independent studios in Cairo. When you book a class, your agreement for the class itself is with the studio; epa provides the booking and payment platform.

2. Your account

You need an account to book. Keep your sign-in email accessible — codes to that inbox are how you access your account. You must be at least 16 to use epa. You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Account → Delete account, which permanently removes your account and history.

3. Bookings and payment

A booking reserves your spot once payment completes. Until then the spot is held briefly and released automatically if payment doesn't go through.
Prices are shown in Egyptian pounds before you pay. Payment is processed by our payment provider; epa does not store your card details.
Some studios confirm bookings manually. If a studio declines, you are refunded in full.

4. Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel a booking in the app. Whether a refund applies depends on the studio's cancellation window; the app always shows you exactly what you'll get back before you confirm a cancellation. Refunds are returned via the original payment method.

5. Fair use

Don't misuse the platform: no false bookings, no abusive reviews, no attempts to access other people's accounts or the service's non-public interfaces. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Studios and content

Studio details, schedules and prices are provided by studios and may change. Reviews reflect their authors' opinions, not epa's.

7. Liability

Classes involve physical activity — assess your own fitness and follow studio guidance. To the maximum extent permitted by law, epa is not liable for injuries at studios or for studio-provided services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Egyptian law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be announced in the app. Continuing to use epa after a change means you accept the updated terms.
